Frank Bros. Fuel is a long-standing business that has provided quality and reliable service to its customers for over a decade. The women customers speak to on the phone are very nice and helpful, whether for appointments, paying bills, or oil delivery. The maintenance people do a great job, keeping steam boilers working very well.
Joe (s137) responded to an emergency call at our home this evening. Beyond the exceptional customer service and his friendly personality, he fixed our burner and got us up and running in no time at all!! Thank you Joe for making a difference this evening!!!

We’ve been loyal customers of Frank Brothers for over 20 years, and with team members like Deano, it’s easy to see why. Switched to Frank Bros a couple of years ago after being jerked around by Petro for nearly 10 years. Frank Bros has a more personal approach to their business, whenever I have to call for help whether I need to set up an appointment for maintenance or want to pay my bill over the phone or just need to schedule an oil delivery the women I speak to on the phone are very nice and helpful. Their maintenance people do a great job **knock on wood** my dinosaur of a steam boiler has worked very well since Frank Bros been taking care of it (cannot say the same for when we used Petro's service). The only issue I ever really had was twice they had to last minute reschedule boiler tune up service. But aside from that, not a complaint.
