The technician, Triburt, was professional, knowledgable and extremely thorough. He was punctual, and visually inspected our entire home structure. He did more in the 1st visit than our previous termite pest control company of 20 + years did.
All areas that I pointed out were treated
I didn’t follow him around the yard so I assumed he did his job checking all 31-32 termite traps
He said they still look pretty good/usable
Will was on time and extremely personable. He especially took the time to explain each step of today's visit and what to expect in the coming weeks and seasons. I was very pleased with his visit, demeanor, and service.
