We rented a tritoon, for 6 adults, and my 5 grandchildren. We couldn't have had a better time. Jeff and Rena made it easy. Easy to communicate with, helpful, and flexible. The equipment was in perfect shape, in fact, I believe it was brand new. They made it stress free with their easy going approach. I definitely expect to rent again from them. My experience with Brittany at Pelham Electric has been excellent! She responded quickly to my emergency and her professionalism and knowledge are superior. She replaced my breaker box & breakers, found the cause of the sparks and melting and worked the entire day to get me up and running again. Her work is beautiful and I am extremely happy! The lady who owns this place now is amazing super nice an super understanding she gives you exactly what you ask for she cut my daughters hair an while she did she was very kind an patient to walk me threw on how to style it or trim she was super amazing and alot of what she did she clearly didn't have to but again she is amazing and the prices are FANTASTIC! My other daughter needs her hair cut and downtowne hair salon is definitely my number one go to!

Marvin was assigned under my appliance extended warranty to fix my dishwasher. They came when they said to diagnose the problem. They came back a few days later after hours to repair the problem. The technician was very nice and gave me good tips to keep the dishwasher running well.

Zack D was very helpful.... Service didn't take more than 20 minutes. However Josh, the manager made me wait over 40 minutes, rudely told me to go to the office when I went to ask for help. When he finally came to the service desk, he didn't say one thing to me, didn't even look at me. After typing something on his computer for about 5 minutes, told another associate to take care of me.
Minus the manager, it was an overall decent experience.
