I had Turnbull install a new heater last year before winter hit and it went without a hitch besides me coming up with the funds. Today, 6 months later their service tech just got done installing a new water heater since my exactly 10 year old one quit. He was extremely courteous and professional. The job was estimated for 2 to 3 hours and he was done in just over 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with Turnbull heating and air and will most likely have them do further work when needed. Thank you service tech Jason for the job well done.

Turnbull was here immediately when our furnace went peace out last week. After I had had a different company come attempt to fix it, Turnbull came in for the second opinion, saw that it had been misdiagnosed and even showed us how they knew what was wrong. All without making the other company look bad. They gave us a fair price on a new furnace without any pressure to replace v. repair. Today the workmen who showed up to do the tear-our and install of the new one were all kind, communicated clearly, cleaned up after themselves, and made the whole situation so much more bearable. And hallelujah we have heat again. Seriously this company is awesome.

Late in the evening on December 23rd I discovered that our oil furnace had stopped burning fuel and was only blowing cool air. After inspecting it myself and cleaning out the nozzle, it was after midnight by then so I decided to go to bed and call Turnbull in the morning. From the moment Laurie took my call at 8:00 AM on Christmas Eve, I knew things would be OK. She scheduled a service call for later that morning which was earlier than I had expected. Hayden, the technician, arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate to our situation. Nathan (another technician) even came later to assist and made a trip back to their shop to get a replacement burner unit after it was determined ours had failed. Even though they were working a short day due to the Christmas holiday, they stayed late into the afternoon to make sure our family had heat for the rest of the evening and Christmas morning. I couldn't ask for better customer service and will definitely be calling Turnbull again if the need arises!
