One thing we always appreciated is that they never pressured us into replacing it before it was truly necessary, just honest guidance and quality care. Last Saturday, on the first frigid night of the year, our furnace finally gave out. John answered his phone immediately, walked my husband through a few troubleshooting steps, and came out first thing the next morning. He got it temporarily running so we weren’t without heat, and by Tuesday we had a brand-new furnace installed — along with a new hot water tank and some new gas line work for our mechanics. What started as a really stressful, anxious situation turned into relief and confidence because of how responsive, honest, and caring they were. Their team does excellent work and truly looks out for their customers. We are warm, grateful, and absolutely happy we chose them. Highly recommend — 10/10. Great people, great quality, great care. Highly recommend Sallome Heating and Cooling. After two different people installing and trying to fix a job that we had done I called John and he came over right away and fixed the others mess in no time. Can’t recommend them enough!
John and all the boys are absolutely fantastic! I called John during the busiest time and asked him to come quote me for AC. Alex and him were at my house the next day. They got the AC units set up only a couple weeks later and they are amazing. They saved my family and I from dying in the heat the rest of the summer. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
