Hi, I'm never one to be rude but wanted to share my experience at the salon. I went a couple weeks ago and had a great experience! I decided to go back and get a fill and color. While getting my cuticles, I started to bleed a lot (which just might be on my weak skin). But I asked for short square nails and my nails are all types of wonky shapes. The people were super friendly but got distracted easily with incoming clients. I am too nervous to speak up so I paid and even tipped (which maybe they would have fixed it but I have anxiety).

They dont have a large selection of gel polish. It was hard to create the look i wanted with my nails. I got a full set and I was charged me extra for a coffin shape, as well as another extra charge for putting sparkle gel polish on top of the plain color I chose. You have to shape a nail regardless so being charged for that on a full set is unethical. I thought it was very strange that she did one nail at a time when applyong the acrylic, ans then set a fan next to the UV light and told me i had to take my hand out and cool them down when they got hot. Went here yesterday had a great experience for my first time there and now they will have a loyal customer so glad I finally found a great nail place

Cleanliness: Super clean and the staff was amazing

Stylist: I had Tom as the person who did my pedicure and nails and I’ll definitely be asking for him again he did a amazing job and was super friendly
