I dealt with a difficult and recurring furnace situation this winter. Arctic Refrigeration came out several times to attempt to fix the issue. Every time, they were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and ultimately fixed the complicated problem. They did right by me when it would have been easy to take advantage of my lemon furnace. We recently had Arctic install AC in our home. Their service people were very professional, prompt and efficient. The price was excellent and they did not try to upsell us on any equipment. Same great experience with a service call when we thought there was an issue with our system- there was no issue but they did a very thorough check which set our minds at ease.Services: A/C system maintenance
