I just wanted to express my thanks to your company and your technician, Owen, who came to help me with my furnace. Your promptness in getting someone to my house was very much appreciated. Furthermore, Owen listened to my concerns, was thorough in his work, and even when he couldn’t find the noise I was describing he made sure to examine the entire furnace and spend quality time ensuring it was running well. He explained everything and was so patient with my concerns. It was so nice to see someone take such pride in what they do and be sociable as well! I hope you all have a very Happy Thanksgiving!! I appreciate you all!!
