I see there was a bad review. I have seen Jen do great work and fix many others mistakes. It's a sad fact that not everyone can be made happy. It's also a shame that that person was so glib in her bad review. Jen has many very happy customers who have only great things to say about her. Unfortunately, only this bad review is on there. Jen guarantees her work and I've seen her work for hours with some difficult people getting things exactly right. Don't let a loud dissatisfied customer sway you. Jennifer is great. You won't be disappointed.

I've been going here since high school, and I love it! Beautiful updos for prom and great haircuts every time (trust me, I've gone to many hairdressers before I found this one), at reasonable prices and great staff!

I made an appointment for my Mom to get a perm. The beauticians were so kind accommodating, Mom was thrilled with the results. The staff went out of their way to make the appointment and the day comfortable. We will be back.
