The customer service here is outstanding! I went to over half a dozen tile shops in the Capital District and most employees barely acknowledged my presence. In January we first met with Stanley who spent a great deal of time with us and answered our many questions about products and colors. Stanley explained every detail about tile installation that we were doing ourselves. We decided to paint our cabinets but I knew I would come back to this business and it's helpful staff. After kitchen construction was coming to a close we returned in July and worked with Stacey who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was so helpful with everything from measurement to tile color and thickness to construction questions. My tile arrived in less than a week and I'm very happy with it. The location is a bit out of the way outside of Ballston Spa but the drive is worth it! You won't find such excellent customer care in other tile shops.
