John (owner) was excellent. His expertise made a world of difference with our plumbing problem. He not only solved the problem but he took the time to clean up the surrounding area thoroughly. His employee Tyler also did a great job. It makes a big difference having a true professional when dealing with a clogged drain line. Karen also deserves recognition for being a courteous and considerate office manager. I strongly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Malta, NY.
I had a complicated problem with my water pump and the servicemen were prompt, friendly and they did not rest until they had solved my problem. I am very happy with this company and would certainly use them again!
