Hired Jay's Party Rentals for my child's birthday party, our experience was far from satisfactory. They arrived late, causing a delay to our event. Upon setup we noticed the bounce house had visible patches, and clearly wasn't cleaned properly. They were indifferent to our concerns about hygiene, which I believe is very important for children. The staff took no responsibility for the poor condition of the bounce house or arriving late with no notice. We paid ahead of time and I believe once they received payment they couldn't be bothered about the quality of their service. Never again!
