“I went to Lauren for a lash lift. Unfortunately, my lash lift did not hold on one of my eyes. Both Lauren, her colleague, and I are unsure why this happened, as I followed the precautions stated by Lauren. I don’t feel it is Lauren’s fault, as I have seen numerous photos of her results with lash lifts. When I went to her regarding my unhappiness, Lauren was extremely accommodating and handled the matter respectfully and promptly. I truly do appreciate this. I would recommend Lauren for any service to anyone.“

I echo everything in Susan's review: Kat is a perfectionist, professional, efficient and SO much fun. Since moving back to NY and trying a few places around CP, I tried Kat in June. “Walked in yesterday for ANC and got Ethan. I have rheumatoid arthritis and am a hairdresser so my hands r difficult and he did an amazing job! He was very gentle. We had a nice conversation about family and up coming trips. I rebooked with him so my nails look great for both my kids college and grad school graduations coming in May. I have gone to City nail for years and my daughter as well.. she asks for intricate designs and is never disappointed. Their prices are more than fair...I know many places that charge much more in NJ and RI...The manager is efficient and organized and I have always had pleasant conversations with her. I drive an hr each way to come to City Nail and to me they are worth it“
