J&R cleaned our carpets last year and did an excellent job. Which I posted a review. This year I thought I would try Stanley Steamer because I see them around the apartment complex and others said they were good. WRONG. We had moved everything out but the two couches, a recliner and a small easily moved table. We came home and some spots I had pointed out to pretreat weren’t gone. The two couches, recliner or table hadn’t been moved or cleaned under. The plastic that J&R put under them was still there and the carpet wasn’t wet under!! Stanley was cheaper but you get what you pay for. J&R Carpet Cleaners is well worth the extra money!
J&R's always do a great job and are thorough and efficient. They even were ok adding additional work on the day of the cleaning. Our synthetic area rug looks great. Their tile and grout cleaning is top notch. They were able to meet our cleaning date, and delivered a clean and fresh house for our graduation party weekend. Thank you Tyler at J&R's Carpet Cleaning!
Our carpets always come out looking brand new after they're cleaned by J and R! We won't trust anyone else. Tyler is prompt, professional, hard-working and meticulous. You just won't find better service anywhere!
