Wow! First impressions are everything. This was a lot of worry on my part and for nothing. I am not a fan of the dentist and to my surprise this entire group of people were caring, genuine, kind and truthful. They explain to you before they do anything at all. They make you feel comfortable at the start and all the way to the finish! I am ecstatic to have found them! 100% recommend Dr Rachel and every single person that works along side of her! The office is clean and absolutely beautiful. The front end staff super nice and so helpful. I truly appreciate the apparent efforts in making people feel welcome and at ease. I was very pleased with today’s visit. I called yesterday with a concern and was given a next day appointment. When I got there, the hygienist said she had had a cancellation and offered to do my long overdue cleaning. Then Dr. H. checked me and was very reassuring about my concern. A good visit!

After mediocre experiences at some other dentists in the area, I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Hargraves‘s office. The office is clean, bright, and very welcoming. Each staff member I interacted with was extremely personable. By far the best dentist office I’ve been to since moving to NY.
