“I have been a customer of Venus for many years off and on. I highly highly recommend Venus. Their staff was very professional, caring, they listen when you say you want a certain style. You actually get the cut and the style that you ask for or that you show in a in a photo. They always go above and beyond in professionalism, customer service, and the place is very nice. The only problem I would say is most of the time when you call, you have to leave a message And wait for a call back. I don't think that is too bad of a thing if you are a patient person. I would definitely say give them a try ??‍♀️?“

“I was on vaction,visiting my dad and gf Sherry upstate n.y.Sherry made me an appointment with her hairdresser,Gracie. So happy she did. The moment I walked in,it was so inviting. Maybe,waited 5 minutes for her?
Shampoo,conditioner and cut. Gracie very gently wash my hair. The BEST haircut,ever had. She listen to what I wanted. So happy!!!! Next time I am in n.y,definitely have to see Gracie again.
