Oswego County SPCA provided an environment for Maggie to grow, learn and to feel like she belongs while awaiting her forever home with us. Maggie is one of the sweetest, gentle, playful, joyful, and loving pups. From the moment our pact met Maggie, it has felt like she has always belonged and finished out our pact.
