5 star experience. I called the office to schedule a service appointment, they got me in on the same day. Kyler (tech) showed up on time and started troubleshooting. He identified the issue within 2 mins, installed the new capacitor and checked the rest of the system to ensure everything was working as it should. AC is back on and we are very happy customers. I recommend Hill's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for prompt, professional service. Thanks again.
On June 12 2024 we had Hill's Heating and Air Conditioning put in our new Ruud central Air Conditioning unit. First of all , they worked with us on the scheduling, when we requested that we have our installation date moved up (due to family scheduling conflicts). They came a week ahead of schedule in their busiest time. So helpful!
When Andy and Matt arrived (promptly at 9:00 AM) they were courteous and professional. They insisted on putting shoe coverings on, even though I told them it wouldn't be necessary.

We've used Hill's a few times since moving to the area and aside from a scheduling issue, they've been great to work with. We're really happy with the new hot water tank and liner and the work performed on our furnace humidifier. Definitely going to be working with them in the future for our generator and AC unit.
