This is the 3rd time we've used this company. they were recommended to me years ago by someone at Wales-Darby since we only have a hot water storage tank for our hot water needs. Each time it has made a significant positive difference in the amount of hot water we get. It's remarkable. The gentleman that was here was also here the other two times we used the company. I had excellent results from the coil cleaning I did initially and then subsequently the last couple of years. I have an oil fired furnace that hadn't been cleaned in many years. Hot water would last a few minutes if I was lucky. After the coil cleaning I was able to take a normal shower and was very pleased with the results.

Hot Water Plus arrived at our house in a snowstorm! We had scheduled the appointment two days prior and they did not want to cancel on us. The man who came was extremely friendly. He solved our problem (coil cleaning) quickly. I would use this company again.
