Hot nails

I got my nails done here the other day. I asked the nail tech, a middle aged gentleman, if he could remove my acrylic nails. He either didn't understand or pretended not to understand me, but either way, he ignored my request. And now, the nails are starting to loosen and look uneven, and one already broke off! Never again.

I'm beyond disappointed I got my nails done on 3 different occasions. Twice regular mani and pedi. Which wasn't the best but passable , and then I got a gel mani. I cannot explain how damages my nails due to the use of cheap products. I literally kept the gel on for a week before going back to them to have it removed. My nails are so weak with numerous white spots. I haven't been able to get a regular mani since it's a month later. This place has potential but they need to step up professionalism and get better quality product. Last but not least you can't have just 1 experienced manicurist and your brother and dad who if your not watching will utilize uncleared tools.

Went for a pedicure, I arrived at 3:15pm and was not told I would have to wait for someone else to do the acrylic portion until after it was already started.... I ended up being finished at 5:50. They knew exactly what they were doing by starting my pedicure and conveniently leaving out the part about the "ONE" nail tech who was there not knowing how to do acrylic on toes..... it's the deceit and lack of consideration that infuriated me. They knew exactly what they were doing.
