“I must say that the professionalism superceded my expectations. I took my 4 year old daughter here for the 1st time. She has thick long curly hair and I wanted a wash blow and braid. She cried the entire time yet not 1 person in the studio made us feel uncomfortable. They took their time with her showed zero signs of frustration and talked her through the process.
