He showed up on time, knowledgeable, was very respectful to our home and did an Excellent job cleaning our two pieces of carpets. I'm so grateful I came across Vinny, he is truly knowledgeable, capable, flexible, and lovely! Unlike other companies, when I called to get a quote, he asked me for photos of the antique upholstered chair and what type of cleaning I would want, and explained the processes, techniques, and solvents he was going to use. I knew I would be in good hands and I was! He was on time, worked quickly, and gave me updates on how everything was going. And of course, the results speak for themselves!!
