Paid for taxes and never got the correct amount owed to me. When I reached out to the tax preparer for answers, I got no response. My husband called and texted him and got no answer. After tirelessly calling, I texted him on July 18 2022, and lets just say, I have yet to hear a response back. Extremely poor customer service.
