As a former massage therapist I can be quite critical or picky when receiving a massage...not at Spalax. My therapist listened to my problem areas and worked out my pain to the point of actually relief! LOVE this place.
I was in the area for business and had a 2hour break and visited Spalax on a whim. I was able to book an hour with Louisa which turned out to be great. Aside from a warm greeting, the deep tissue massage was just what I needed to relax for the balance of a challenging day. Louisa constantly check on my comfort level and got all of the knots out. Definitely recommended.
This is the best place I've found in the area for massages, not only is it female owned and run but you leave knowing that your money and hour wasn't wasted. Not only do the ladies make you feel comfortable and relaxed they actually give a proper massage not just rub oil on your back for an hour. I've gone to a bunch of places where I've felt more knots in my back after I left and had even more tension everywhere because I was uncomfortable but I've had nothing but great experiences each time I come here. 12/10 recommend to anyone.
