Worst customer experience. Ordered a dumpster and they cancelled on me the day of delivery even though I double checked that they could serve my address. Very incompetent and unprofessional way to do business.

Unhappily, WM has erratic service, commercial and otherwise. It's an unfortunate situation. The company needs a strong leader to clean up the mess. Further, trying to find a live person to fix service issues is always a chore.

We switched trash pick up from Twin Bridges to WM. Seemed like a good thing. NOPE. Everything was set up, payment was made and cashed. Scheduling was set and email were confirming our service. No one came to deliver bins...no one called, nothing.We waited another week and called. Person told us they were behind so we waited patiently another week. Again nothing. We called again, same story. Then I got a servey asking how I liked the service. Seriously. I replied how unhappy we are now into the third week. No response.
