They recently fixed some bad wiring (done by someone else) on our outdoor low-voltage lights. Answered phone promptly, immediately set up an appointment for a few days later (this wasn't urgent). Showed up on time, and stayed until all the problems (there were several, it turned out) were fixed. The guy who came was very helpful and described the problems and how I could avoid them myself in the future. This is the second time I've used them, and they've been great both times.
