Recently I started seeing her biweekly for prenatal massages throughout my pregnancy and cannot recommend this more as a first time mom. She has so much experience with prenatal massage (and is a mother herself) knowing which pressure points to avoid throughout the pregnancy. I feel so much more relaxed and comfortable in my changing body throughout my pregnancy than I would have without our regular sessions. She has also provided me with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations on how to manage and get rid of my aches and pains outside of our sessions as well.
