I showed up in town for a wedding with a suit that had been crumpled into a ball for months. I arrived at Muldoon around 9:30 on a Saturday morning asking if they could help with same-day service. They said they could have it pressed within an hour. By the time I got out of the drive-thru at Dunkin next door, I had a text from Muldoon saying my suit was ready. Insane turnaround time and customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I sent a message through chat, I needed my dress whites inspection ready, they responded right away, unfortunately it was prom weekend so they couldn’t get me in within the time frame that I needed, I was very impressed with the customer service non the less so I will use them in the future!
I can NOT find the right words to show my appreciation for the owner and his company! We are a law enforcement family. Due to the abrupt nature of the loss of 2 local officers, there wasn't much time to get uniforms cleaned. However, Joe made all law enforcement a priority that week! I don't know how they pulled it off. But, we couldn't drop his uniform off until Thursday. The wake was Friday morning. He had his uniform done in 3 hours! THREE!!!
The services are top notch. Everything came back in perfect condition. I definitely don't expect 3 hour cleanings all the time. But, I can GUARANTEE we will never be going to any other cleaner moving forward!
