I started going to Jennifer in 2011 and with 100% confidence can say that there is no one that I trust more with my hair. Even after moving to the Rochester area in 2014, I still happily make the drive to see Jen because of the quality haircut I know I will get every single time. The amount of time she takes to ensure a pleasant and relaxed experience sets the bar quite high for other salons. From a simple trim, to a flawless hair color transformation and everything in between, Jen always delivers. As long as I am able, I will continue to make the drive out to Head West Salon and if you’re looking for the best haircut experience possible, you should as well.
My original hair stylist didn't have time for me with a simple hair cut. My best friend suggested this place and her stylist Jessica. Plenty of parking in back. Huge place inside, very clean, had an appointment with Jessica. Jessica was very easy going, friendly, asked alot of questions how I would like my hair done. She was professional and even though it was my first appointment, she made me very comfortable. We talked, laughed, and the prices were very affordable. Looks like I found a new hair stylist and will be returning again for Jessica to cut my hair. Thank you Jessica for my haircut!
