1st time customer. Why did i wait - this place is terrific! Polite staff, they treat you like a person not a number or client. I have been to the other national chains and AEC prices are very comparable. Everyone answered my questions and spent time to explain what there were doing. Staff very knowledgeable. SO don't go to those big chains that offer discounts thinking you are getting a deal.

Went today and had an amazing experience I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses!!! I was amazed with the price and how everyone was so kind !!! I should’ve been going all along!! Ty to everyone who helped today !

I've always been impressed with the service I get at Auburn Eye Care. I typically get my exam elsewhere, but I always get my glasses and sunglasses here, and I've never had such attention to detail paid to how my frames fit. The passion and care you see and receive here is unparalleled, you'll be met with smiling faces and kindness. I also appreciate that I never feel like I'm being pressured to choose extra frills, they're respectful and trustworthy. There's a reason they've won so many awards and I'm certain that they'll continue to win them!
