Fantastic experience with Steve. He told me he would be there in 30 min, and I could have set my watch to him. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He had my sewer back up cleared in just a few minutes, gave me a bunch of advice on what to do going forward, and his pricing was very reasonable. Not surprised he has such great reviews. Already have him booked for pipe jetting and camera scope.
I thought I would leave a fantastic review for Woosh pipe and drain company so they would get more business. Trouble is, everyone gives Woosh company a fantastic review. I think the biggest compliment a company owner can get is for another company owner to say how wonderful they are. I am super particular and difficult to please, but I have to say I was incredibly happy from the first hello to the end of the job handshake. My job was not easy but Steve (the owner) made it look like he had done this job a thousand times.

I came across Steve at Woosh years ago when a toilet valve broke, and was so impressed by his helpfulness, knowledge and trustworthiness, that I continued to call on him for every toilet and leak issue I've had over the years. He was here yesterday to snake the tub and it was another job very well done. He even helped me with a burner that wasn't working on the stove. I can't say enough good things about Steve and will continue to call him and recommend him.
