NO SHOW! Hire at your own risk! I received Nick Damoylakis name from a real estate agent's list of vendors they recommend. I called him on a Saturday afternoon, 2pm due to gas leak required ConEd to turn off the gas, leaving me without heat or hot water. An appt was scheduled for Monday morning, 8am. Per his request, I emailed him a photo of the ConEd tag, and reconfirmed phone numbers for contact. I did a follow-up call on Sunday evening, 6:30pm, since I received no reply from my email, and to reconfirm the 8am appt, for the following morning. The appt was confirmed. He did NOT show up for the appt, nor did he call or text me of any delay or emergency. This evening, Wednesday night (!), 8:30pm, he called me (60 hours after the appt time) to say he was available to come tomorrow! This was the first time he reached out since being a no show on Monday.
