“the central air in my unks 4 family building went no no as the tenants called me one after the other saying the vents were blowing warm air and i quickly called w&l ac and in 2 hours they came to check it out . the unit is less then 20 years old and i assumed the worst case scenario but the tech guy was honest and told me a few parts in the unit were no longer working and gave me a estimate for repair cost which was fair and much better then putting in a new unit . the tenants had to go without ac for 2 days as tech guy had to order the parts but thankfully the weather was warm but low humidity. the parts have arrived , the tech has arrived and 3 hours later the tenants are happy and cool and my uncle is happy a new pricey unit was not needed . would recommended this company in a snap , 4.5 stars on my yelp meter.“

“I was referred to this company by my neighbor last year, and I've been thrilled with the HVAC maintenance and repair services. Freddie and his son are very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicate well.
This week when my AC unit had a blockage in the water drainage pipe, They switched their schedule around to accommodate getting to meet more quickly and repair my HVAC unit. I highly recommend this company.

Ace Air Conditioning Hvac

“We were experiencing some problems with our LR A/C, so we looked up a couple of repair shops regarding service. We decided to call Ace Air Conditioning. We were quoted a price, the details of the service were given to us and we made an appointment. The servicemen called to let us know they were on their way, showed up right when they estimated they would and went to work. A pleasant and helpful pair of fellows. When we asked if the BR A/C could be serviced also, we were told that the way the co-op installed the A/C would require expensive removal work. The servicemen called Marty, the owner, he made it clear that the cost for us would not be worth it. We took his advice and bought a new A/C.After the service was complete, we noticed that the A/C was blowing out tiny black bits. I called Marty, who explained that there was no danger of this being mold; rather in his experience he was certain that it was insulation foam from inside of the chassis. He immediately offered to visit, examine the A/C, and, if necessary, remove the A/C for further inspection and return it the same day.Soon after, I called Marty back and explained that, during these fire smoke haze days, we had been running the A/C almost continuously and nothing was coming out any more.Through it all, Marty and his crew were most helpful and efficient.“
