“Taisha was incredible, a real expert. She was very thorough from the first meeting, gathering information to provide the best customized care. I felt heard and immediately saw results. Taisha specializes in care for Bells Palsy and understood all my needs. She was kind and showed a great deal of care, already knew some of the symptoms before I even told her! When our sessions concluded she provided a comprehensive set of after care suggestions. This was my first time trying acupuncture and she made me a believer for sure. The space is relaxing and very clean. Highly recommend.“

“I had excruciating back and leg pain cause by sciattica back in March. I needed muscle relaxers and pain killers just to sleep. Within two weeks (two treatments per week) I was much better, and was able to walk, drive, even SLOWLY ride a bicycle without pain. Within two months, I was basically cured and pain free. In addition to being a great acupuncturist Aaron is an extremely nice guy, genuinely emphatetic towards his patients and delightful to talk to during the session. He's given me lots of "life tips" about pain management, diet and exercise which have really helped. His receptionist, Regina is always friendly and helpful. Its a wonderful caring office and the quality of care is excellent.“

“I have been receiving regular treatments from Ginette for the past three months and she has helped me tremendously! Depending on my needs, in addition to the acupuncture, she also uses gua sha, moxibustion and tuina techniques. I really appreciate her expertise and compassion - and how she helps me understand the mind-body-connection. Before working with Ginnette, I saw other acupuncturists, but haven't felt as comfortable and cared for as with her. Ginnette is gentle and patient, and her treatments haven proven very effective and beneficial for me. I have found "my acupuncturist" and highly recommend White Plains Acupuncture PLLC!“

“I had a really great first session with Marie. She was super nice and knowledgeable. Perfect person to go to for infertility if you are dealing with that challenge. I'm giving 5 stars because her practice is great. However my only issue is that she does not take insurance and it makes filing an out of network claim super annoying and difficult. I'm not deducting a star because I could of done my research better, but the first session is $250 and every session after is $135. Other practices I've been to always file the claim for me even though they are out of network. Although I would love to continue seeing Marie I don't want to deal with filing claims. Highly recommend if paying out of pocket is not an issue for you though.“

“I had the privilege of getting a referral to Cameron for coop insurance for my nyc apartment through my real estate broker who I probably would go to for any referral. She is always spot on! I knew I probably wanted a higher end and reliable insurer like Chubb so I needed to find a broker who carries it. At first I wondered what was the point of working with brokers based outside of the city but I soon realized what set Cameron apart from the other brokers I talked in who were based in nyc. I'm a very...let's say, meticulous person...and I tend to have a million questions before I do anything. I've never understood homeowners insurance much even though I've already had it for 5 years on my last coop I owned. But i realized it was bc the broker I had at global coverage prior to this didn't care to explain anything to me. In fact, I had to chase her to answer my emails! Cameron is so different! He understands it very well, explains things thoroughly, and is super patient to boot! He really wants you to understand insurance and you never feel like he's trying to oversell you on anything. Moreover, he never acted like he was too busy to spend time answering my questions on the phone, and I can't say the same thing for another yelp high rated broker based in nyc. That broker was just as knowledgeable but he acted like answering my questions was such a nuisance. The whole point of having an intermediary between you and the insurance company is to have someone help you understand what level of coverage is sufficient for your needs and to understand what the insurers will and will not cover in the case you need to make a claim. If you can't do a simple thing like treat clients like they matter and like their questions matter, then you simply have no value in my opinion. Which is why despite getting similar quotes with Chubb from a nyc based brokerage, I went with Cameron. Nyc apt buyers, don't be afraid to work through an out of town broker for your insurance needs! You'll be in great hands with Cameron.“

“Great hidden gem. Acupuncturist had genuine interest in the reasons I was there. I've also had great massages and cupping therapy is an inexpensive add on. You can save a bit if you buy the acupuncture sessions in packs. You have to jockey a bit for parking so pro tip would be to just park at city center and walk over and stop at Hastings Tea for a post self care day drink!“

Dr. Irene H. Grant, MD Acupuncture

“Dr. Grant literally saved our lives, including that of our infant son who was born with a heart defect and neurological issues due to toxic mold exposure in utero. When he was old enough for the antifungals another reviewer described as "toxic", they took him from being mostly nonverbal to telling me he loved me for the first time after just a few days on the prescription. Because of her infectious disease background, Dr. Grant has the knowledge to safely and effectively prescribe antifungal treatment when needed. This is sadly lacking in most other doctors who treat mold-related illness. Yes, she is expensive. And, I say that as someone who hasn't been able to afford to see her for the past couple years, so I get it. But, she's actually less expensive than many other mold and Lyme doctors, and her rates are not unreasonable for the NYC area. If you want a highly-skilled clinician who will treat mold illness and mycotoxicosis aggressively, see Dr. Grant.“
