My furnace quit working & Don's was prompt & arrived at the time he said he would. He got my furnace running again, explained the issue, replaced the part, cleaned & oiled the furnace, checked everything else out & only charged me for replacing the part. I will definetly be using him again. He didn't try to sell
me a new furnace or do any unessary repairs. He was honest about the issue. A few years ago I had another service do a winter check on the furnace & they didn't even clean & oil it & charged me an arm & a leg.
