Walmart Vision & Glasses

Every time I come to this place they screw something up. I went in last Thursday requesting my prescription. I was told only one person could give it to me, but she wasn't there. I left a note with my contact info. She called me the next day and said she would send my prescription via a secure fax. She never sent it. Now, it's Saturday and I need my prescription, and of course this person won't be back to work until Tuesday. The woman I spoke to today on the phone said there is no contact info for the company that holds my prescription (this has to be a lie)... I guess this should be expected from a place inside WalMart.

I went to Walmart Vision in Amsterdam! They were very helpful. I picked out my glasses and she was very thorough in making sure everything was what I wanted. She explained the lenses and the difference in all the progressive lenses. I also wanted transition lenses which she explained in depth. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Walmart Vision for your vision needs! The only thing I'm upset about is I have to wait for my glasses!
