Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed. Got a notice by email that it was rescheduled for a couple weeks after without prior communication. Called asking to reschedule because that date did not work for me and was told by someone who was very unpleasant that I wouldn't be able to be seen until 5 months later ☹️ going somewhere else.. Places like this only care about the dollar and could care less about the patient. 👎👎

Called to get a script renewed and since Dr Finnegan has left, they won’t refill my needed script because the new doctors have not met
me. I was just there last year for procedures and diagnosis. I have been going to the same office for years and my records are there and have never had this problem when doctors have changed. Told me to take other meds or call my primary for a script. Very frustrating to be treated this way and to push off this to my primary who did not diagnose me. Time to seek out a new doctor.

I had heard very good things about the doctors in this practice and thought that I was getting the “good” doctor but I didn’t get to see him but was scheduled with another doctor. It is too bad that one doctor sucks and has the bedside manner of a cactus and that the other doctors will suffer because of him but think twice before you choose to go here!
