No appointment needed. I get in and out very quickly. A must have for guys with a busy schedule!

Requested style: High and tight, very short all around and short on top.

Appointment was at 5:15. Took me right away, but rushed me out. My stylist Alexia was very nice and personable. Gave me a nice cut. She took her time and was still cutting when another employee came over and started rushing her, she wasn't pleasant about it and poor girl was visibly shaken as they tried to steal her next appointment. Very poor customer service and as an experienced manager, poor judgement to do that in front of customers.

On a whim, I decided that I needed a haircut and saw the sign that reads "walk ins welcome." I had a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected as scheduled clients came in ahead of me. The atmosphere is welcoming and the salon is clean. When it was my turn, my stylist (Kaitlyn) asked what kind of cut I wanted and repeated it back to me to make sure we were on the same page. I opted for a wash and cut - pretty straightforward. Kaitlyn and I had a wonderful discussion while she cut my hair - very friendly, professional and just lovely all around.
