This lady, Lucy/lucie, used tape to hold the rod in space at my aunt’s home. Do you know how heavy the rod is ? How can a professional use tape to do this? Take the money and then run away and never own up to her mistake?? Not a professional, I would not recommend this person and business. Stay away.

Please come back and redo your work or return our money. Bad quality work, super expensive. What for? Look at the pictures posted, the rail is not straight, the curtain does not cover the entire window, and she left holes in our walls. this is mortifying. She cannot accept that she did a disgusting job. I will not recommend her to anyone. Stay away. Now we have to spend more money to redo her work entirely.

Bad quality work, would not recommend. Price is too high. Will demand you pay her first before work is finished, then when you ask her to come back to revise the work cause she didn't do a good job she ghosts you. Do not give 100% of the money until work is approved.
