It's always a pleasure to come to Windsong radiology, the lady's at the front desk are nice, also the workers in the back when im called back there, also I never have to wait long to be seen it's always fast friendly service, I wasn't crazy about driving 40 min from my location to say the least, however it definitely been worth it, the care and service they give to the patients are out standing, I've been going there for 7yrand I wouldn't change it for any other place thank you all for the great service you provide on a daily basis.

I've always, for several years, been greeted and treated politely and professionally by all of the staff. Everyone has "something" going on in their lives. Perhaps one of the staff was less than at her best on that particular day. You never know.

A routine examination during Covid is anything but routine but the staff made the appointment enjoyable. The line to get in through the prescreening moved quickly and I was escorted by the staff step by step until I was asked to sit and wait. The wait wasn't long and a cheerful lab tech called my name and escorted me to "the room". She was very professional and explained the procedure to me and asked if I had any questions. The procedure went well and I was told I would hear from someone if more information was needed, thanked and sent on my way. I was there a total of 45 minutes which was less than I expected. Thank you Windsong for being so professional and efficient during a very difficult time!!!
