It's always a pleasure to come to Windsong radiology, the lady's at the front desk are nice, also the workers in the back when im called back there, also I never have to wait long to be seen it's always fast friendly service, I wasn't crazy about driving 40 min from my location to say the least, however it definitely been worth it, the care and service they give to the patients are out standing, I've been going there for 7yrand I wouldn't change it for any other place thank you all for the great service you provide on a daily basis.

I've always, for several years, been greeted and treated politely and professionally by all of the staff. Everyone has "something" going on in their lives. Perhaps one of the staff was less than at her best on that particular day. You never know.

I've been going to Windsong for years and other than some long waits, have found most people here nice. This time, I found out after spending time with the technician doing my bone density and mammogram, she was not vaccinated for Covid, though was wearing a mask. Does that give the same protection when they are a foot away during the procedure? I fall within the vulnerable group with pulmonary issues, and I have to be very careful. When I called the Supervisor after, she informed me they are not required to notify the patient that their people doing procedures aren't vaccinated. She then made it about her, and how she works there and patients come in unvaccinated..... Whatever ! It's her choice to work there; my choice who I'm going to be exposed to. Out of basic human decency, and responsibility to my fellow man, I'm making this public. If you are concerned about exposure, ask going in for a tech that is vaccinated !
