I tried a Thai Massage from Laura for the first time today! Laura listened to my body and tailored the massage to my needs (as she does with all other massage types). The Thai massage seemed less invasive than a Swedish or deep tissue massage and I enjoyed learning a bit about this “new to me” massage technique.
I would highly recommend Universal Strength and Wellness. I have had the awesome experience of getting a few massages from there and I have to say Laura was AMAZING with getting to the knots out of my back and neck by using those trigger points, I came out feeling like a new person! Krysta is also wonderful and well-trained. I see so many athletes coming out of there as I am lucky enough to work close by, I can't wait to go back! Thank you, Krysta and Laura, keep doing what you're doing!
I am so happy I found this place and especially Krysta! My neck and shoulders were KILLING me!! She knew exactly where to go and with just the right amount of pressure. I seriously feel like a new woman! I will definitely be back!!
