I've contracted with them for weekly lawn service for two years, and have had them do additional large cleanup jobs. Their communication is quick and consistent. They are reliable in their work and with showing up. They do a quality job every time. Everyone I've dealt with there is professional and competent. Their prices are in line with other quality landscapers.
Snowplowing was done frequently and well. My driveway is curved and tricky to plow. After my long-term plower retired, I tried a couple services who didn't show up consistently and/or caused avoidable damage. This season I chose Reinhart. What a difference. The quote was quick & easy. This was a mostly mild winter with 2 wicked snowstorms. They showed up when needed, sometimes twice a day, were careful in my tricky spots (i.e., caused zero damage), and were pleasant when I met them. They used modern adjustable plows.
