I’m currently seeing Bryan at the Williamsville location, and he is absolutely fabulous—knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping me heal. I was looking for a studio near me in the Tonawanda area that had one on one sessions for reformer work. I was so excited to find El Sol only a few minutes away from me. I began with Anne in January of 2020 and from the very start she was so professional. She really knows how to make use of every minute of the time you have with her and her experience and knowledge of the body really translates to amazing results Currently we are in the midst of stay home orders from Covid-19 and Anne has found a way to continue to help with zoom sessions. These sessions have not only changed my body while in quarantine, but have also helped me stay sharp and in good spirits physically and mentally. Im so happy I found this studio!! Thank you Anne!“
