Emily knows what she’s doing. She is attentive not only to workouts but also to overall wellbeing. Whenever I have questions whether it’s about fitness or even late at night when I can’t sleep, she offers solutions and helps me talk through my emotions. It’s truly rare to find a personal trainer who cares about both her clients’ fitness journey and their mental health. I would definitely recommend Emily if you have a busy schedule and need help planning your fitness goals, or if you are a beginner at the gym like me:)
This gym is top notch and has state of the art equipment. The owner is hands on and extremely knowledgeable !!
