The whole staff is very friendly! I have been going here for 30 years! All the vets love the animals. My dog had to have back surgery and Dr. Decker sat on the floor with him to do his exam. She found a heart murmur in my younger dog that the specialist had a tough time finding. She said dr decker is a really good vet. It took me some time to find it. Highly recommend
Everyone was very kind from the front desk, to the tech, to the doctor. We had such a great experience. As first time dog parents, we had a lot of questions. Dr. Redder made sure that we were comfortable with everything and went over any concerns that we had. So happy that we have decided to bring our pet to be cared for at Killewald!
I switched to Killewald from a larger vet group in WNY and it made a world of difference. At the time, my cat, Francis, was stage 4 CKD, anemic, FIV+, and had a heart condition. I was just starting him on SQ fluids and the previous vet was not very empathetic or caring. They didn't seem interested in helping me make sure Francis had the best quality of life possible with the time we had left together.
