I have been a client for many years, and I have been very pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Marilyn has been doing a great job helping me find the best cut and style for me. I always look forward to my next visit.

As a client of the Buffalo/Amherst HairClub center for over 15 years, I will honestly say I look forward to every weekly visit. My stylist, Marilyn K., is absolutely THE BEST! She always goes above and beyond to meet my needs and help make me a confident person. I am grateful to have HairClub available to me. Thank You, Lynn C.

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with Hair Club of Buffalo. Experiencing hair loss can be quite frustrating and depressing. My first interview with Shannon went quite well. I think she is used to people with my concerns and made me feel very much at ease. We worked out a plan and she gave me hope. As the months progressed what was explained to me began to happen. Less hair shedding and new hairs appeared every month upon my examinations. A special thanks to John and Lindsay for caring and understanding. They are truly a credit to the profession. They have the best staff even the receptionist at the front desk always has a smile on her face this is so very important....read full review
