I have done business with Frank for going on twenty years now. At one point I gave one of the "cut rate" optical stores a try and what a mistake that was!! Because Frank is a sole business owner it is impossible for him to compete with cut rate stores on pricing. He just doesn't do that kind of business volume. But what you DO GET with Frank is excellent PERSONALIZED service and UNMATCHED QUALITY in his products. He treats every customer like they are family. You just don't get that kind of service and quality from high volume stores. Frank goes above and beyond ANY of his competitors as far as carring and service. For gosh sakes, he once met me at a TIM HORTONS to fit me for my glasses because of my crazy work schedule at that time!! Frank is the consummate professional with old time values and service! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH FRANK!!
