Elderwood at Amherst

My mother had a fall out of her chair within two weeks of being here. I’ve seen two other residents fall. The doctor came in and told me the x-ray was normal before the x-ray had even been done.. x-Ray came 10 min after dr had left the room. Her arm had two injuries two days in a row. I asked for an MRI as it is bruised and swollen. They got the order but did t set it up before the long weekend. Her arm and hand look worse today. They do not supervise patients properly
