Dena,in the best massage therapist in her business,she has helped me tremendously with all my pain,her massages are the best,she's very knowledgeable,if you request for her to work on a specific are,she will go above and beyond to help reduce your pain and fix it ,my tendonitis,was really bad until she helped me and show me how to get better,there is no one like her,her hands are really really strong,but yet Perfect,just perfect pression and touch,best deep tissue massages,and the stretch at the end amazing no one like herShe's the best I'm wonder why she's always booked and hard to find an appointment with her

Dena is an LMT within Conover Chiropractic immediately to the right of the AMC Maple Ridge Movie Theatres at the corner of Maple and Sweet Home Roads in Amherst, NY. I received an hour-long deep tissue massage (3/2020) and now feel so much better - range of motion, loose (no longer tight) in my neck and lower back. Deep tissue, strong hands, hot rocks, and hot moist towels all contributed to a great massage!! I highly recommend Dena and even suggest visiting Dr. Keith Conover immediately following your massage to check and align your spine. I even made my next appointment so it won't be years again before I get my next massage/adjustment!! Many Thanks to Dena & Keith!!!!
