Excellent service and friendly staff! We've recently used them for both appliance repair and installation of an Generac generator. We will continue to work with them and would recommend to our family and friends.

My ice maker on our refrigerator stopped making ice. We called on a Saturday and the tech was here on Monday. He diagnosed the problem as a frozen water line inside the ice maker and he told us to turn the refrigerator off for 24 hours to thaw out the line. We did as advised and within a couple hours it started making ice. Tech was very knowledgeable and courteous, we will definitely be doing business with sitzman’s again.

THE LADIES IN THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️Save yourself some trouble and DON'T BUY appliances at Home Depot!!!These folks were absolutely amazing and helped me get the appliances that I had just bought at Home Depot installed and working correctly!!!!

Sitzman's Appliance Center is a family-owned third-generation business that started in 1946 by Edward and Genny Sitzman. Skip and Shirley Sitzman took over operations in 1994 when they moved from the small shop to a larger storefront. As the business kept growing, Scott and Barbara Sitzman took over in 2007 at a brand new showroom and warehouse on Broadway in Alden. We are proud to say we take care of our customers from the beginning to the end.
